Trust & data

Where your data lives, and who can read it

The questions a buyer’s procurement asks, answered plainly and checked against what the product actually does.

Can I see who has opened a plan?
Yes. The person who owns a plan sees everyone it has been shared with. They can see whether each of them has opened it, and when they last did. Someone reading through a link without an account is listed too. We hold their address in full, because the code that opens the link is sent to it, and we show it part-hidden. Nobody but the owner and their co-admins can see any of it.
Where is my data kept?
In the European Union, in Ireland. It is locked both while it sits there and while it travels. Every customer's data is held apart from every other's. The platform we build on is independently audited to SOC 2 Type II — that is the platform, not us. We do not claim a certification of our own, because we do not have one.
Who can see my plan?
You, and anyone you invite. Nobody else. You choose what each person can do, and you can stop it at any time. An invitation to somebody who has no account runs out on a date you pick: a week, a month, or three months. It is a month unless you change it.
What happens when my year of editing ends?
You keep the plan for ever. Reading it, printing it and saving it as a PDF never stop. Changing it works for a year. After that you can renew, or do nothing and it stays readable. What renewing costs is on the pricing page.
Where is AI used?
AI writes the words. It does not do the arithmetic. A computed figure never carries an AI mark, and anything you type yourself is never overwritten.
Is my plan used to train a model?
No. We use Google’s Vertex AI on paid terms. Under those terms, Google undertakes not to use what we send to train or tune its models. European terms cover every call.
Where do the outside figures come from?
The OECD, Eurostat, UNIDO, the ILO and the World Bank. Every figure we looked up carries its source, its year and the countries it came from. Where there is no published figure, we say so rather than guess.
What are these documents?
Projections on a stated basis. They are not audited accounts. Each accounting treatment is written down against the section of IFRS for SMEs it follows. They do not check bank statements, filings or history.
How do I get my work out?
Any report, or the whole pack as one PDF with a cover page. Or print it. There is no spreadsheet export.
